Kindness

“Kindness is not something that people bring out from us.
It is what we decide to bring no matter what the situation is.”

From the Book ‘A Lean Mind’

When was the last time you made someone’s day with your kindness?

Kindness is infectious. Spread it.

2nd Law and the Mind

“You are a part of a universal balance.
Everything that is out of your control happens in a way
that you will become an important part of this balance.”

From the Book ‘A Lean Mind’

The universe is fine with everything going on in it. It is a chaotic balance that goes on.

Are you fine with the universe existing the way it does – whether it is good or bad for you subjectively?

I talk a lot about the universe in my book. But chill out, It does not include asking anything from it. It is a combination of a nerdy and spiritual dive.

Read more about how the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics relates to our minds in ‘A Lean Mind’ (Link in Bio).

Moments

“You have limited amounts of moments in which you are alive.”

From the Book ‘A Lean Mind’

Reminder…

You have limited amount of moments in which you are alive through a human experience.

Make sure what you are doing is worth it.

We finished yet another year.

Make each moment of 2021 worth remembering.

Embrace the moment,

Happy New Year

In my generation, I do not remember a year that is labelled so negative.

However, it was not 2020 that brought everything down.

It was us.

We, humanity, was so focused on the noise rather than what is important that we failed ourselves.

We were expecting a decade would help us evolve even further by settling in Mars. Yet, we started off teaching each other how to correctly wash hands.

We were so happy to look away from the nature that we didn’t see how much we were burning the earth.

We ignored racism so much that we only realized now how cruel it is.

We admired movie heroes so much that we couldn’t see the real heroes among us, such as the ones in the hospitals.

2020 exposed many areas we were going the wrong way.

2020 was all about awakening.

We learned that unless we change, new year won’t bring anything good.

We are now more aware as humanity.

And 2021 will be all about making things right. It will be the year of healing.

The darkest time is always right before the dawn.

I love the new year’s eve. Not because anything actually changes on January 1st, but our perception of January 1st is a new beginning with a new mindset.

Choose your mindset for 2021.

Happy New Year,
Ozan

2021 Reading List Suggestions 3

To help you prepare your 2021 reading list, I continue to show my biggest inspirations from this year.

Joe Dispenza’s ‘Becoming Supernatural’ was another book that blew my mind. He blends the mysticism and science in a perfect combination.

Quantum physics has been misused in many personal development books. It has somehow become a buzz word. But, Dispenza digs deep into real quantum physics and connects the dots between the behaviour of the electrons and manifestation perfectly.

Dispenza’s work has given me the confidence to use my engineering knowledge in my book ‘A Lean Mind’, and that led to my favorite chapter of the book ‘All the Things We Don’t Know’.

Below are some quotes from ‘Becoming Supernatural’.

All the best,
Ozan

„When any neurological tissue in the brain or the body is activated, it creates mind. Consequently, from a neuroscientific understanding, mind is the brain in action.”

From the Book ‘Becoming Supernatural’

Where attention goes, energy flows.”

From the Book ‘Becoming Supernatural’

„Anything that is no longer in a vibrational match between you and your future is going to fall away. Let it. Don’t try to put your old life back together because you’re going to be way too busy with the new destiny you’re calling for yourself.”

From the Book ‘Becoming Supernatural’

„When Einstein introduced the equation E=mc2 in his history of special relativity, for the first time in the history of science he demonstrated from a mathematical standpoint that energy and matter are related. What converts matter to energy is the speed of light – which means anything material travelling faster than the speed of light leaves our three-dimensional reality and turns into immaterial energy.”

From the Book ‘Becoming Supernatural’

„According to Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle, we never know where the electron is going to appear in the electron cloud, yet from nothing comes something. This is why quantum physics is so exciting and unpredictable: The electron is not always physical matter; rather, it exists as the energy or as the probability of a wave. It is only through the act of observation by an observer that it appears. Once an observer (mind) comes along and looks for it, the act of observation (directed energy) causes all that potential energy to collapse into an electron (matter); thus it manifests from a realm of infinite possibilities (an unknown) to a known.”

2021 Reading List Suggestions 2

To help you prepare your 2021 reading list, I continue to show my biggest inspirations from this year.

David R. Hawkins has been my biggest inspiration so far. Although his Power vs Force series can be tricky to follow sometimes because of his experimental approach, there is great wisdom hidden in there.

‘Power vs Force’ is the book that introduces Hawkin’s experiments in detail. It might be a long read but his Map of Consciousness is worth spending hours into. What impressed me was not how he conducted the experiments but how he puts the emotions into words.

My favorite book of this year has been ‘Letting Go’. It is a book that wraps up Hawkins’ wisdom really nicely. If you have to read only one from this series, this is the one that you go for. ‘Letting Go’ has an aura that spreads peace. It is a book that just calms you down and makes you realize everything is okay. Everything that is not okay, is nothing more than the mind’s own creation.

Below are some quotes from these two books.

All the Best,
Ozan

„To be surrendered means to have no strong emotion about a thing: „It’s okay if it happens, and it’s okay if it doesn’t”.”

From the Book ‘Letting Go’

„Feelings come and go, and eventually you realize that you are not your feelings, but that the real „you” is merely witnessing them. You stop identifying with them. The „you” that is observing and is aware of what is happening always stays the same.”

From the Book ‘Letting Go’

„Inside of us, but out of awareness, is the truth that „I already know everything I need to know.”.”

From the Book ‘Letting Go’

„Don’t look for answers; instead, let go of the feelings behind the question.”

From the Book’Letting Go’

„Man thinks he lives by virtue of the forces he can control, but in fact, he is governed by power from unrevealed sources, power over which he has no control. Because power is effortless, it goes unseen and unsuspected. Force is experienced through the senses; power can be recognized only through inner awareness.”

From the Book ‘Power vs Force’

2021 Reading List Suggestions 1

To help you choose your reading list for 2021, I show you my favorite reads from this year.

Gabby Bernstein is one of my biggest inspirations when it comes to spirituality.

I won’t deny that I was too skeptical about her before I bought ‘Super Attractor’. I think The Secret culture created some wrong assumptions about the concept of manifestation. But Gabby did changed my mind with these amazing books. She teaches from ‘A Course in Miracles’ (that is in my 2021 list), and she created a new vision in me for manifestation.

What I love about her style is how she transforms her own insecurities and struggles into power. Without ‘Universe Has Your Back’ and ‘Super Attractor’, I admit that I would not write ‘A Lean Mind’. I even had my own sign from the universe to start. It was an eagle.

Below are some quotes from these books.

Here is an owl for you Gabby,
Ozan

Owl by Tod Steitle

“The reason you want every single thing that you want, is because you think you will feel really good when you get there. But if you don’t feel really good on your way there, you can’t get there. You have to be satisfied with what- is while you’re reaching for more.”

From the Book ‘Super Attractor’

When we spend our energy trying to prove ourselves to the world, we lose track of feeling good – because we’re trying so hard to feel good enough. This low-level energy repels the things you want. It repels the support of other people, it repels your own creative ideas, and it repels inspiration from the Universe.”

From the Book ‘Super Attractor’

„Accepting rejection as guidance gives you another opportunity to follow the flow of the Universe and strengthen your faith in a plan better than your own. Most importantly, you’ll no longer fear rejection. Releasing that fear will give you the freedom to dream big, take fearless action, and let life lead you.”

From the Book ‘Super Attractor’

„Your purpose is to be joyful. Your purpose is to live with ease. Your purpose is to surrender to the love of the Universe so you can live a happy life. Accept the purpose of love, and your life will radically change this instant.”

From the Book ‘Universe Has Your Back’

„Instead of obsessing about the outcome, focus on how you want to feel.”

From the Book ‘Universe Has Your Back’

Uniqueness

“Uniqueness is an attibute of people
who choose to live life on their own terms.”

From the Book ‘A Lean Mind’

You are not born to follow. You are not a sheep. You are a human being.

You realize that many common thoughts of humans are nothing more than creations of people not smarter than you.

Are you brave enough to listen to your own wisdom? Are you tough enough to be unique?

Merry Christmas

I hope the beauty of the meaning we add to Christmas will bring you joy, peace, and gratitude.

It was a challenging year. We deserve to push the brakes for a while to focus on the people that matter the most to us.

All the people we have, or had, that give light to us.

Most importantly, ourselves – As we mostly forget that one.

Therefore, remember to count everything you are grateful for, and remember to bring kindness.

Merry Christmas,
Ozan

Love

Love is inside you.
And anything that you admire will bring it out.
It is, all in all, an emotion that exists in the source code of the mind.
You can decide when you want to feel this emotion.

From the Book ‘A Lean Mind’

What are you willing to consciously bring love to?

Love is a solo dance. It is only yours.

But…

You are connected to everything that exists and doesn’t.

As Rumi says; you are an entire ocean in a drop.

When you love something or someone, you simply love yourself.

Sending you love,

Where the Time Flows

Let the past be your wisdom.
Let the future be your intention.
Let the present be your life.

From the Book ‘A Lean Mind’

The reality is that there is no linear time.

There is no past. There is no future. There is only the present moment.

When we think about the past, what we are actually doing is that we select a memory from the mind, and we replay it.

When we think about the future, we are only using data we collected from the past to project it into a later present moment that literally does not exist yet.

Sadness vs Joy

Sadness completes joy,
as it makes us realize
what actually gives us joy.

From the Book ‘A Lean Mind’

Sadness has value.

Do not abuse sadness.

All the emotions are complementary.

Do not be afraid to be sad. Emrace it. Enjoy sadness.

But remember to let it go before it overstays its welcome.

Read more about emotions in ‘A Lean Mind’.

Enjoy all your emotions,
Ozan
